Kayla M. Burson
New York City
Reader, Writer, Thinker, Creator.
I’m a young publishing professional, graduate of Mount Holyoke College (’13), and officially a New Yorker as of summer 2015. My country roots, however, will always define me, and I would never want to change that since small towns have the biggest hearts. I was raised by a loving family, and I’ll always have strong morals and values, thanks to them. They, along with my close friends, have always been supportive as I follow my dreams in the creative arts. When I’m not working with books on the job, you can still find them glued to my hands–almost any genre–while I read in my lovely apartment, in Central Park, or on the subway. I also enjoy writing book reviews, relevant articles, and the occasional poem.
I look forward to sharing a bit of myself with you all, and hearing your thoughts!
